I had a big Mac meal with chips and coke from MacDonalds in shirley at around 8pm went to bed at 10pm woke with gripping belly pain at 4.30am to which I was sick the MacDonalds wasn't digested so all that came up I also nearly choked on a chip whilst vomiting as it was stuck in my throat accompanied by really watery diarrhoea was sick further 2 more times screaming in pain with my tummy sickness stopped after twice but had the watery diarrhoea for most of the day with gripping bad belly pain. I am so cross with macdonalds for the pure fact I am also 34 weeks pregnant too I will never eat from MacDonalds again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
