Although we never got sick like this before eating at McDonalds but after eating the sausage mcmuffin he was pooping like running water. And I mean he couldnt make it to the toilet and our mattress destroyed. Throwing up plus feeling fatigue. Hes guessing the sausage had to be undercooked and that was the last thing he had eating that day. Yesterday. McDonalds earn the one star for today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
