I had a mc frappe and hash brown this morning by mid day I was horrible sick and in constant pain , it hurts so bad ,shitting water every 10 minutes ,101 fever , can’t hold down water nor eat | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
