I had a mc frappe and hash brown this morning by mid day I was horrible sick and in constant pain , it hurts so bad ,shitting water every 10 minutes ,101 fever , can’t hold down water nor eat

I ordered and ate the two cheeseburger meal. My family members also ate there and weren’t sick. I was the only one to eat fries....
