My boss and I both had a Big Mac a 10 piece nugget and fries. Neither of us were even able to finish it before we started feeling sick. Within 30-45 minutes I had absolutely horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. Within an hr and a half to two hours I had a fever, was vomiting and dizzy and my whole body was starting to hurt. I only ate about 3/4 of the burger and one nugget before I knew something was bad. It has now been about 8 hrs and I still just as bad as I did 5 hrs ago. Had to go home from work, absolutely terrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Body Ache, Dizziness
