Fish Filet Causes Illness - McDonald's, Houston Texas

Later that night after I ate the fish filet I began to have severe stomach pains , and had diarrhea at least 4 times that night . Had a slight fever and had chills and night , woke up to sever stomach pain again , and had diarrhea another at least 7 times throughout the day . Day after that I still have severe stomach pain and feel the urge to have diarrhea about every hour. Hoping it will pass . It's been 3 days so far | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills
