I had the signature crafted bacon smokehouse burger. I ate it for dinner around 6pm on Saturday. I woke up around 8am on Sunday and did not feel well. I began having severe diarrhea at 830am and continued having severe diarrhea and throwing up intermittently until 330pm. I could not even drink sip of water without throwing it up and I could not eat until Monday. I know it was the McDonalds food because I ate the same meal as my family for lunch that day I was the only one to eat Mcds for dinner and I did not eat breakfast the next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
