i went to mcdonalds around 2 oclock and i ate a double quarter pounder and fries and a dr pepper i went home from the vape store around 3 and got home at 3:30 i felt sick but i just thought it was me digesting so i went to sleep woke up 20 minutes later and puked into my trashcan the sandwhich and the drink and fries then i cleaned up and drank some water i threw that up too and now im not gonna drink anything i cant sleep i hate mcdonalds now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
