We went through the drive thru, got 20 chicken nuggets, two cheese burgers with no mustard, a large sprite and a large french fry. At approximately 2pm I started to feel sick. Only a few hours later. From there I was sick from both ends for the entire night. I thought I was dying. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I think it’s the whole state. I live in Phx, ate mcdonalds last night it was horrible. Really bad diarrhea and even started a fever
