On Wednesday 12/11/2024 I went through the drive thru at the McDonald’s on 19/98 across from Sugarmill. I ordered the $5 special with Coke, nuggets, fries and a McDouble. I ate the fry’s and the nuggets. When I went to eat the McDouble, I noticed a hair sticking out. I lifted the bun and the burger looked like it was dropped on the floor. I was up all night vomiting and my body emptied everything from both ends. I feel awful now. I contacted corporate and the told me too bad and not their problem because it’s a franchise. On my way to the hospital. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
