I'm pretty sure McDonalds gave me food poisoning. I got myself a Happy meal cheeseburger with chips and some Ketchup. The ketchup tasted a bit off so I stopped eating it but a few minutes later, I started getting some stomach pains. About an hour later, whilst coming home, I started feeling really sick and was struggling to regulate my temperature. Was sick multiple times after being home for about an hour. I only ate the McDonalds, nothing before or after. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
