1 month ago reported by user-qjmy7687 business

McDonald's, Southwest 26th Street, Miami, FL 33175, USA

12185 Southwest 26th Street, Miami, 33175 Florida, United States

On DECEMBER 13 2:00AM I felt hungry on the way back home so I stopped to grab a quick small snack from "Mc Donalds" (huge mistake) I ate the spicy chicken wrap, the tortilla was a bit hard and stale but I was hungry so I ate it… then the chicken was chewy…. I immediately Regretted the late night snack! Within 4 hours I was awaken from my sleep with horrific belly cramps, and the urge to use the bathroom, there it came the annoying none stop diarrhea ! none stop plus horrible belly pains… is been now more than 24hr I've took Imodium for diarrhea but nothing Helps I feel horrible…… | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Cramps

When it's bad food, it's important for your body to get it out of your system. Keep hydrated. Drink water with a pinch of salt. Hope you feel better soon!
