I ate the salad around 1230 pm.... then I ate the hotdog around 330pm (my boyfriend had the hot dog too so I doubt it was this because he didn't get sick).... around 6 I started feeling sick, I took some headache medicine and went back to sleep.... woke up around 8 and went to the bathroom and vomited all over my floor. Began to have diarrhea as well..... this continued until about 5am the next morning.... I didn't do anything the next day because I no energy or food on my stomach.... I was finally able to hold down some water, ginger ale, and soup | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
