On Saturday 16th April, I ordered a Mcfillet burger alongside some fries around 13.30, later that night I begun to throw up as well as having symptoms of diarrhoea which has continued throughout the whole day from early morning to night. I’m feeling feverish and very fatigued. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Fatigue
