On Saturday 16th April, I ordered a Mcfillet burger alongside some fries around 13.30, later that night I begun to throw up as well as having symptoms of diarrhoea which has continued throughout the whole day from early morning to night. I’m feeling feverish and very fatigued.

Big Mac Meal Illness

Had a big mac, fries and milkshake. Went to sleep about an hour or two after and woke up at 8am having to run to the toilet. Bad stomach since then and feeling extremely sick. Hoping this is the extent and I don't be sick. Never normally have this problem
