I am concerned that I received food poisoning from my visit. I ordered fries and a McDouble at 11:56am. Within two hours my stomach began to churn. By the time I made it home after work (~5:30) I had diarrhea. I started taking immodium AD for this. By 8:30pm I was vomiting. By 9:00pm, I began to feel better...relatively. By the next morning I continued to improve. I have never had anything like this occur before. I have heard of the 24 our flu, but never and 8 hour flu. The local health department offered and email address to report what I ate for the previous 3 days, but not very helpful. I did not get the impression that they were interested in pursuing it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
