I had a mcfrappe and a sausage egg mcgriddle and I was driving and started to feel sick had to pull over tried to vomit but couldn't sat on my jeep for a while then started driving again and then my stomach started blowing up huge and hurting so bad I literally thought it was going to explode I've never felt pain this intense and no joke I thought my stomach was going to explode I honestly believe the only thing that saved me was some Pepto bismo tablets that were in my jeep when I bought it pain and pressure almost immediately went away once I took them I almost threw them away the day before and for some reason kept them this occured a couple hrs ago 10/11/22 it's worth noting I have a very high threshold for pain I couldn't imagine someone else going through this and once again no joke my stomach was hitting the steering wheel of my jeep I will sg | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain
