I went to McDonalds on May 22, 2018 at the 6131 Stellhorn Rd store number 2992 at 1:25 pm and ordered a Double Quarder Pounder with Cheese ORDER number 70 # 1370, I paid for it and went home I got home and stated to eat and I notice I was getting pain in my stomach and I laid down.
