Tuesday 10th January, it was the only food consumed that day My 2 daughters and a partner ate big mac, fries and had coke at 15.20pm my girls were extremely ill within 4 hours and had to spend time in medical care at westpoint where they were supposed to attend a concert sadly they missed this due to the food poisoning extreme vomiting followed by diarrhoea partner started later still all ill. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
