I ate McDonald's chicken sandwich at 7:30pm. Went to bed my 9:30pm and woke up at 12 and immediately jumped out of bed to go be sick. I ended up having bad diarrhea then got very hot and and had very bad pains in my upper abdomen and then got very nauseous then threw up 4 times. Wasn't able to sleep at all kept getting sick. When morning came Ive been still having bad diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
