Had here for lunch around 1pm, shortly after I had a headache. Somewhere around 10pm I began to feel nauseous. It is 11:45pm and I’m throwing up. I had 6 piece nugget, mcchicken, and 2 small fries.

I ate McDonald's chicken sandwich at 7:30pm. Went to bed my 9:30pm and woke up at 12 and immediately jumped out of bed to go be sick. I ended up having bad diarrhea then got very hot and and had very bad pains in my upper abdomen…
