Had here for lunch around 1pm, shortly after I had a headache. Somewhere around 10pm I began to feel nauseous. It is 11:45pm and I’m throwing up. I had 6 piece nugget, mcchicken, and 2 small fries. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
