My son had a happy meal (plain hamburger, fries) on March 29 at the McDonald’s inside of Walmart. Four hours later he through up all his food, complained his stomach was hurting him. I knew it was the happy meal because he had nothing prior to it nor after it. He through up two more times. In the am next morning he was vomiting again. I took him to urgent care to confirm it was food poisoning and the Dr agreed and wrote a anti nausea prescription and a strict diet for the next 24 hours. Today he is still feeling not too well and told me he never wants to eat at a McDonald’s again! Thank god! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
