Wrap Meal Causes Illness - McDonald's, Watford England

I bought it last night, was the wrap of the day, garlic with crispy chicken and I had it as a meal. I don’t know what it is or whether my body had just rejected it but around 4am after, I had this odd feeling. I had very runny diarrhoea and was throwing up at the same time in a bucket, I’ve had to call in sick for work. It happened all so fast | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
