Tuesday Jan 13, I was on my way home at south station in Boston MA. I decided to get French fries from McDonald’s, since I had a deal on the app to get discounted chicken nuggets, I added it to my order. That same night I couldn’t sleep with stomach ache and diarrhea. Two days later I’m still home with diarrhea and stomach ache after taking medication and drinking lots of water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
