I only have a 30 minute lunch break on Sundays. I drove over to McDonald's for a quarter pounder w/cheese and medium fries around 1:35pm. I noticed the fries tasted weird. The burger didn't look good. I was hungry so I ate the burger and some of the fries.I started getting clammy and nauseous 2 hours later. Also a headache. I got home and took nausea medicine. The nausea subsided but the headache raged on. Around 10pm I asked for more nausea medicine but it was too late. I started throwing up. Took nausea meds after that and went to sleep. 3am I woke up throwing up again. Took nausea meds after that episode and went back to sleep. Woke up with diarrhea around 11-12. And that's it so far. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Diarrhea
