Severe Symptoms Post-Big Mac - McDonald's, Mansfield Texas

Saturday April 11 2020. Big Mac and fries around 6:30pm by 7:30 pm I had severe stomach cramping, diarrhea and vomiting. This continued throughout the night. By midnight my diarrhea became complete blood and blood clots. Developed a fever. Slept all day sunday w continued cramps, headache and low grade fever. Monday tried to eat dry potato - more cramps. Tuesday.. very weak still. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Bloody Stool, Weakness
