I ordered a breakfast bagel meal with a hash brown and hot cakes for me and my two year old on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Later that evening we both became violently ill. My oldest daughter and husband did not have symptoms and the only thing we ate that was different than them was the McDonald’s breakfast. I believe it was the eggs is the breakfast bagel that was bad. I have never been that sick in my life and I thought I was going to have to take my two year old to the hospital for dehydration. It was absolutely horrible. My daughter vomited all night and I was vomiting and had diarrhea. The vomiting did not stop until all of the egg was emptied from our stomachs. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
