I went to mcdonalds last night i had a number 4 which was a burger with chicken meat and around 4 in the morning i woke up almost choking on my vomit and i am currently experiencing a high fever with nausea headaches hot flashes dizziness, had to call of school cause i couldnt even manage myself at home so i had to call off school | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness
