Sausage Biscuits Cause Illness - McDonald's, Thousand Palms California

I had 2 sausage biscuits around 11 am on 11/27/2017..about 2 hours later I felt nauseous and had diarrhea and chills (it felt almost like a severe hangover or flu but I haven't drank alcohol since my early 20s)..I haven't had anything else to eat in 24 hours...once I threw up I felt a little better and when I got hungry about an hour later I ate my other 2 sausage biscuits not suspecting them to be the culprit and immediately got sick with the same symptoms within a half hour..and these sysmptoms have stuck around ever since especially the chills and nausea..when I throw up it just tastes butter with hardly any food or water coming up and a lot of dry wretching..can't see a doctor because my wife is at work and I'm at home with the baby | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
