Fast Food Illness Strikes - McDonald's, Kitchener Ontario

On October 21, 2024, I had nothing for breakfast.I went to McDonald's for lunch and had a cheeseburger, junior chicken and fries. I immediately started feeling horrible. A couple of hours later, I had diarrhea. A few hours after that, I vomited multiple times throughout the night. No other symptoms. I didnt eat the next day until I tried a light meal for dinner (a slice of pizza along with other family members). An hour later, I was vomiting again and all other family members were fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
