Three out of the four of us who order McChickens Showed symptoms of Dizziness, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills and diarrhea/stomach cramps. The single person who did not get sick order a plain McChicken. Contents of our McChicken sandwiches were 2 Buns Chicken, lettuce and mayo. The systems all hit us in the first thing in the morning. Only one of us were stuck in bed and had to takes medicine to calm the symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Dizziness
