We went out last night 01/11/2017 and McDonald's was doing a mctakeover our son decided he was hungry so we stopped to order some food. I have the quarter pounder #3 no pickles or onions. None of us ate our fries because they were extremely cold. My husbands soda had absolutely no syrup in it. It was just brown carbonated water. My burger seemed a bit off thank god I only gave my son a single bite off of it.I woke up this morning 1/12/17 feeling terrible. Nausea water like diarrhea and after being awake for 3 hours I've finally started vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
