Sausage egg burrito , I bought sandwich And drove 5 minutes to work.  Ate it about 10:15.  By 11:15 I was vomiting and had headache.  Continued to be sick with vomiting until about 1 pm.  After that just malaise and headache | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
