Possibly a sausage McMuffin from here, 1 person sick. Symptoms started about 3:00pm. 4 hours after food was consumed. Prior to that meal my husband and I had eaten exactly all of the same foods for two days straight  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
