Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Hamburger with toppings
Onset: More than 2 days
Duration: Several days
Sick: Me
Additional information: Both myself and my dog have gastro issues and fever after eating a burger there - best guess anyway

Possibly a sausage McMuffin from here, 1 person sick. Symptoms started about 3:00pm. 4 hours after food was consumed. Prior to that meal my husband and I had eaten exactly all of the same foods for two days straight   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
