Chicken Meal Causes Illness - McDonald's, New York New York

I went to mc Donald's around 11:30pm to buy dinner with my bestfriend. I ate a number 11 ( chicken selects 3piece, with a large fries, small mc flurry, and medium sprite. My friend ate 3 mc chickens , a large fries, and a large drink. I started started getting very sharp stomach pains at around 2:00am. The first time I vomited was at 2:32am. I realized I had a fever around the same time. After that I woke up around 6-7 more times to vomit after that until 6am. After that I was just gagging trying to vomit. After I went back to bed I started receiving sharp pains again in my lower area of my stomach. I went to the bathroom and had diarrhea. It is now 3:52pm and I have still continued to vomit and have diarrhea with a fever. I've used the bathroom about 8 times now and vomited with about a total of 17 times. My friend has vomited about 6 times and had went to the bathroom about 9 now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
