I ate a double cheeseburger, and a medium fry from McDonald’s around 11: 00 am. I slept all day and got out of bed around 11 pm because I had to go to the bathroom. I had severe diarrhea and I know it was from McDonald’s because that’s the only thing I had to eat | Symptoms: Diarrhea
