Got a McDouble this afternoon 3/2/23. I returned it because there was a hair and they gave me a “fresh” one. Within 2-hours had cramping and diarrhea. My sister, who had a quarter pounder also got sick and vomited almost immediately after eating. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
