I only ate at McDonald’s on flamingo and Grand Canyon yesterday. I ate around 8pm. Around 3 or 4 in the morning I woke up with a horrible burning in my stomach. After about twenty minutes of rolling around in bed trying to find a position that would settle the discomfort, I decided that I should go to the restroom in case this was worse than I thought. Low and behold, as soon as I stood up the nausea rushed through me and I had to run to the bathroom. I threw up the McDonald’s food. After I finished vomiting, I had chills and couldn’t get warm. I fell asleep a little after that and woke up this morning feeling fine. This is the second time this has happened to me from eating at this location, but the first time I am reporting it. I will not be going back to this McDonald’s again. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills, Nausea
