The cream in the caramel frappe was warm and lumpy and About an hour after eating at west quay shopping centre McDonald's i was walking through all the shops and followed through in the middle of town and I had to run to the toilets and had to buy new boxers and throw away the ones I was wearing my partner also had a big tasty burger however had a coke with there meal so it must of been the frappe cream | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
