I went to McDonald around 2pm on 24/01/2019 I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and chips. i ate my food and left within an hour or so while walking through the town center I starting being sick, I was sick multiple times and felt really dizzy, I had to go back to a friends and get a family member to pick me up as I don't live in weston and I now can not go on a bus. When I got home I have taken my temperature and it's 39.2, I feel extremely nauseous and dizzy while still being very sick! I also have two friends who were with me when all this happened | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
