Big Mac Meal Sickness - McDonald's, Wrexham Wales

We ate at 1pm. My son aged 11 and myself age 35. My son got sick about 1.5hours after eating a Big Mac meal. Myself got sick about 2.5/3 hours after eating a double Big Mac. I’m not as sick as him as I took anti sickness medication called cyclizine I had left over from pregnancy which I suffered hyperemisis gravadarian. My son is very sick and got a temperature of 37.2 with fan on him and almost naked in bed. 2 other children aged 4 and 14 had nuggets and plain cheeseburger and they are not sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Headache
