it was Memorial Day weekend on Sunday we had a car club show we all went there with the old cars and I went in I seen the girl make to start to make the strawberry milkshake and just some running stuff came out of the machine and then she redid it and made me one anyways I drink it it tasted fine I would say it was approximately 9 o'clock at night maybe around 11 ish sometime around then then the next morning I woke up around 4 or 5 a.m. violently sick throwing up diarrhea non-stop for 24 hours could not hold down water or anything it was horrible to the point my throat hurt horribly my back went out it was as if I was poisoned and that was all I had eaten quotes from McDonald's I had to strawberry milkshakes and some chicken nuggets also my nephew also had chicken nuggets so he's fine I believe it had to be the milkshakes and it was very unprofessional and said that McDonald's and I think from what I seen when they did it maybe they were cleaning the machine and didn't care and made it and served it to me anyways I ended up going to the hospital after several hours of vomitingnow I have this doctor bill with no health insurance lost workand felt like I was on the verge of death it was so bad I will never eat McDonald's again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
