Food Safety Report: McDonalds.

Ordered large coke and double cheese burger, then went to bathroom to find soap dispenser off wall and on counter didn't look like it had been used in awhile. I should have cancelled my order after that. Ate then 3 hour started to feel like I had a flu and about 2 to 3 hours after that stuck to the toilet. I won't lie I will go back to McDonald's but not that nasty one and I'm only going to order coke. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
