I order 2 mc doubles mc flurry chicken sandwich large fries and nuggets i ate the nuggets , this was my FIRST meal of the day the other day i ate rice and veggies so i know for a fact it was this mc donalds some rude lady yelled at me to move up in the drive through the nuggets where cold about 30 min after eating i got extremely sick!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
