McDonalds
I ate from this establishment located by the Ohio Valley Mall after shopping. Within the hour I had chill, dizziness, then came the nausea and vomiting. I had a mcchicken, fries, and a medium dr pepper.. lasted about 24 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills
