Ate Sausage Egg mcmuffin 1/25/16 in the morning at mcdonalds inside walmart in Bend OR. By the afternoon lower intestines felt like a rock in there and up all night.. a real nightmare.. now on day 2 very weak, can't work and slow to get better. I reported this to them this morning 1/26/16 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Weakness
