me and my co-worker, rock Jordan when on are lunch to get food bought two mcdoubles and 2 medium fries and 10 pieces nuggets and a coke, got back to work, started to consume the food then after 10 mins later started to throw up | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I was at McDonald's tonight and ordered a Swiss Mushroom burger I think my order number was 289 I'm not sure of the order number but they put on a cream cheese on it,I complain to one of the workers and all he said was I'm sorry!It wasn't gopd,they charged me 8.05 I didn't want large fries I wanted small fries.I'll never eat there again
