- comments: must clean the interior of all the front reach in coolers, counter tops, and prep stations (drive thur) to remove spills and debris. Also must defrost and clean the floors under rack inside the walk in freezer.

- comments: observed floor tiles cracked/broken in the rear area, also noted missing and/or damaged ceiling tiles also in the rear. Must repair and maintain where ever needed. Must be smooth and easliy cleanable.
